Finally cleaned? Gurus needed

Hello,

have been working with two pc's both infected..one reformatted and still got Re-infected (bummer)

i have cleaned the system for 2 days using 5 diff anti virus and 4 diff anti spyware.. manual deletion of reg key, and dll files...

this is on nasty infection ..akin to the HIV of the PC world



Altho it seems okay but i get SLOW connection and cant run Task manager!



I am sckeptical to believe it's done ..before i do another reformat i need to seek the help of gurus in this fine forum..my HJT log is
